Switching your broadband over to daisy Optimum
First time broadband customers - If you are having broadband installed for the first time you could be connected within 5 working days from placing your order.
- We will arrange a suitable date for your broadband installation and on the day your broadband goes live you should have instant access to your broadband.
How to order daisy Optimum business broadband 3 easy steps to ordering your Optimum business broadband with daisy: 1/ Check if you can have the Optimum broadband in your area using our daisy availability checker 2/ Contact us on 0845 450 6669 & we will double check that you can have the Optimum broadband service from us. 3/ We will then ask you to fill in our order form ...and we will do the rest. | - We've made it easy for you so you don't have to get a MAC code from your existing supplier to switch to daisy.
- You could have your broadband connected within 10 working days from placing your order.
- When you switch to daisy in most cases there is no need to contact your existing provider. In some cases you may need to cancel your existing contract.
